Had a visit with Dr. Donohue and was very pleased because he listened to me as far as what I wanted. I have been to three previous dentists who did not listen and I was very frustrated.
I’m a new patient and would like to thank my doctor, Sonya Shafique. She is a caring and understanding doctor. Everyone from the office staff to the medical assistants are friendly and caring.
So far very good. Dr. Donohue and his assistant are great. Fast, caring, and polite. I am 67 years old and have been to many dentists. Dr. Donohue and his assistant were the best.
This morning was my first visit, but even before that I was already impressed by the responsiveness, friendliness, and knowledge level of the staff I spoke to on the phone. My visit was an evaluation with Sonya Shafique, DMD, and it was fantastic. They made me feel so comfortable and cared about. I am 60 and this is the best dental experience I have had. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Summit Dental is really great. Dr. Donohue is so kind and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough for the staff, they are very pleasant. The dental office is very clean and organized. I never have a long wait at all. They are very efficient. Such a great experience from check in to check out. Dr. Donohue helped me immensely, scheduled me quickly, and performed an amazing job on a temporary crown that was failing. I drove over two hours for my appointment and I’m amazed at how incredible my tooth looks. I have more work to be done and I am so happy to have found him. Summit Dental is so professional.
I had a late afternoon appointment with Dr. Shafique regarding a broken tooth. This had been a “problem tooth” for a while, so I knew there would most likely be a crown in my future. When she said, “we could do it today?” I was stunned. In less than one and a half hours, the crown was in and I was headed home. I was using my local dentist where I moved from 35 years ago, and I felt I needed to move on after we lost him. Until I met Dr. Shafique, I wasn’t sure I would trust anyone as I trusted my old dentist but I’ve found my new dental family and home. I have great trust in her. Thank you.
A very confident group of people taking the best care possible just becasue they can. Information being explained in layman’s terms is a plus. I felt very comfortable here and the dentist chair is not my favorite place.
